Raida, Office Administrator

Raida has been working with Dr. McConnell since 2005. She is available to assist patients with scheduling appointments, filing insurance, etc. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, She and her husband live in Prosper and they have 2 grown children, who are both married. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid football fan!

Laurel, Registered Dental Hygienist

Laurel joined our practice in 2018. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech and then went to Tyler Junior College where she graduated with her Associate’s degree in dental hygiene. She enjoys getting to know each patient, and strives to care for their dental needs. She grew up in East Texas and she and her husband live in Plano. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and art.

Gretchen, Registered Dental Hygienist

Gretchen joined our practice in 2023. She started her college education at Texas Tech in Lubbock for her pre-requisites in dental hygiene. She then went on to Texas A&M College of Dentistry and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in dental hygiene. She loves dental hygiene because it allows her to educate and help patients have the best oral hygiene while also creating lasting relationships. She grew up in South Carolina but now she and her fiance call Anna, Texas home. In her free time she enjoys reading, working out and traveling.

Ali, Registered Dental Assitant

Ali joined our practice in 2018. She has been a dental assistant since 2012. She is so good at putting our patients at ease when they are having treatment. She is a native Texan and loves the outdoors. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband live in Sachse. They have one daughter.
